Here is the Heart…

This was supposed to be a collaboration between myself and Nmcil.  I was supplying the story and text, and she was going to supply images to create a picture story.  Because of my intense writer’s block, I didn’t get the complete, final version to Nmcil until the day before our original deadline.  So we aimed for the free-day. Until her computer got fried and all the images and other visuals she’d been working on for other stories got eaten. Last night, I got into a minor car accident and wasn’t able to post until now. I am Fail. I apologize, since the root of this lateness was pretty much all my fault.

So, here is my very late contribution to this round of Seasonal Spuffy. My thanks to enigmaticblue, for keeping the community going and inadvertently getting my muse to wake up and not be so dead anymore.

Note de l’auteure : Une petite scène qui me trottait dans la tête et qui ne demandait qu’à être mise par écrit. Entendons nous bien, j’adore complètement le fait que Buffy et Spike montrent des signes évidents de jalousie quand une personne s’approche d’un peu trop près, mais sans jamais aller jusqu’à le manifester clairement auprès de l’autre, parce qu’ils le respectent et ne veulent rien lui imposer. C’est la définition même de leur relation en saison 7: amour, certes, mais également subtilité et respect.

Mais j’en avais envie : ) Je ne sais pas ce que ça vaut, mais j’espère que ça vous plaira.

Vous remarquerez un petit parallèle avec Touched sur la fin. N’hésitez pas à laisser des commentaires!

Vid: Eternal (The Story of Spuffy)

Today is the free posting day, right? Well I thought that I would post this video up and hope for the best :D The banner was made for me by the awesome ladydunedain.


Summary: I actually finished this video a few months ago, but haven’t really pimped it anywhere because of my newness to the fandom. My goal was to take lots of my favourite Spuffy moments from the course of the show and attempt to tell the story of the ship without the aid of any lyrics. The piece of instrumental music I used is by Evanescence, so I hope you will excuse the cliché and enjoy!
